The Balnea Romana Contrast Circuit at Castilla Termal Solares, is inspired by the ancient "Baths of Caracalla", baths following the principles of Roman architecture: rationality, economy, specialty, axiality, symmetry, and monumentality. The Balnea Romana is located under a spectacular vault, inspired by the Pantheon in Rome and formerly used as a grand sundial.

The circuit, attended at all times by an assistant guide, consists of:

✓ Welcome peeling-effect shower.
✓ Pediluvium.
✓ Cold pool or Tepidarium with an approximate temperature of 24º - 25º C.
✓ Steam bath or Vaporarium 40º/45º and 100% humidity.
✓ Hot pool at 38º - 39º C or Caldarium.
✓ Dry sauna at 80º C or Laconicum.
✓ Ice fountain or Frigidarium.
✓ Cold water bucket.
✓ Relaxation room with infusions and fruit skewers.

Total circuit time: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
